simple ways to add nutrients in daily diet

Use iron vessels for making vegetables,( even maggi can be cooked in it) to get those iron boost up.
Add grated sugarbeet in dal tempering for iron and mineral.it will also give food a rich red color.Use it in place of red chillies.
Dont throw away the hard stems of coriander.grind it as a paste and use as chutney or use in soups.
Use the water of curdled milk to knead the flour for extra smooth chappatis and added vitamins.
